FLE CLOTHING STORE POLICY
Depending on the amount of orders in our system to be processed, it could take up to the next day to process a standard post order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Usually, however, we try to get orders out the same business day. It also depends on the time of day the order is placed. Orders placed before 10am will typically go out the same day for next day delivery. During sale period the processing time can increase to up to 2 working days.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't wear it for longer than that.
If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 14 days of receipt by you to return the item to the return address. If you try to make a return after the 14days, we will have to send it back to your default address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Note: Return postage charges are usually the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or wrong item was sent.
All returned items must be in its original package, undamaged, unused, free from stains or wear such as makeup, perfume, deodorant etc.
We reserve the right to withhold a refund / Store Credit if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged / stained after point of sale.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in ( e.g. tags have been removed, or there are signs of wear) and we're unable to put it back into stock, we will not be able to accept your return and we will have to send it back to you.

Item remains the sole responsibility of customers until received by FLE Clothing. You are advised to obtain proof of Posting.
For UK Customers
Please note customers pay for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty.
All items must be returned with your name, order number and a specified reason for return.

Once received, your refund for your will be processed within 1 working days. Note service charges, shipping cost and tax charges (if any) will not be refunded.
For International Customers
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. All returned items must be unused, undamaged and in its original package. All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. Item remains the sole responsibility of customers until received by FLE. Make sure you use a postal service that insures for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
Customs + Duty
FLE cannot be held responsible for any customs duty or sales tax that is incurred on arrival of the goods. We send the items in accordance with customs laws around the world and it’s up to the recipient of goods to pay any local taxes or duties.
Once we receive your item and your refund will be processed by FLE within 1-2 working days.
It can then take 7- 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from FLE, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. We will only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order by us.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, FLE reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, FLE reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, FLE reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
FLE will offer refund or Store Credit or exchange ( Subject to availability) for any unwanted item received within 14 days of receipt by you. Exchange cannot be made twice. if you really like an item, a store credit will be issued.
SLASHED PRICE/ SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS
FLE will only offer Store Credit for slashed Price / Items sold with a Discounted code received within 14days of receipt by you.
No more exchanges and No Refunds on Sale / Discounted Items. The Store Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any Special offers or discount codes.
If you placed an order before a sale period for an item at full price, you will not be able to ask for a refund for the item if the item is placed under sale afterwards.
Also, orders placed for an item during a sale cannot be refunded for the same item if there is a further reduction in its price ( even with a promotional code cannot be used).
STORE CREDIT CODE
If you make a Purchase with the store credit code but later need to return the item, either for a sale /full priced item/ partial payments ( combination of sale and or Full priced item) a Store Credit Code will still be issued.
In other words, any Purchase (either as full /sale item) made with Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit Only.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
