  • Can you explain your return policy?
    To return an item, contact our customer service at customerservices@fleclothing.com. You have 14 days to return full-priced items for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Sale items can only be returned for store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from stains. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Store credit codes are valid for 6 months and cannot be reactivated or exchanged for cash. For more details, please refer to our full return policy.
  • Will my Store Credit Code Expire?
    Yes, our store credit code is only valid for a period of 6 months from the date it was issued to you, after which you will not be able to use the code. The Code cannot be reactivated and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note that the Store Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any Special offers or discount codes and it's a one time voucher code.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay, and Klarna.
  • Can I purchase gift cards from FLE Clothing?
    Yes, you can purchase e-gift cards from FLE Clothing. After purchase, you will receive an email with all the necessary information. The e-gift card is valid for 60 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. Buy them at fleclothing.com/gift-card.
  • What is the process for getting a refund?
    To get a refund, send your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will process your refund within 1-2 working days. Note that refunds are only for full-priced items; sale items will receive store credit. It may take 7-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. For any refund inquiries, please contact us at customerservices@fleclothing.com.
  • How often can I return my purchases?
    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, FLE reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. Additionally, FLE reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.Similarly, FLE reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above
  • I bought an item before at full price, can I get a refund if the item is now put under sale?
    If you placed an order for an item before at full price, you will not be able to ask for a refund for the item if the item is placed under sale afterwards. Please see our store policy for more details. For any inquiries, contact us at customerservices@fleclothing.com.
  • What if I sent my items back and you did not receive it within the 14days period?
    Unfortunately, a refund or exchange or store credit may not be possible.
  • What happens if my return package is lost?
    If the shipping carrier is unable to locate the packages, you need to file an insurance claim to cover the combined insured value of the lost packages. This requires the tracking number, proof of value of the item, and proof of insurance. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do from our end.
  • What steps should I take if my item wasn't delivered?
    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 5 days to file a claim. We will help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete. FLE is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier and does not issue refunds for such packages. For assistance, email us at customerservices@fleclothing.com.
  • What if my order is out of stock?
    If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. For assistance, please contact us at customerservices@fleclothing.com.
  • What are your international shipping rates?
    A standard or express delivery service is available for most of the countries we ship to. Standard Europe Delivery - £19.99 Express Europe Delivery - £19.99 Express US Delivery - £19.99 approximately Delivered within 7-10 working days. All US orders are shipped with Royal Mail/ FEDEX /DHL and are fully trackable. FEDEX/ DHL will not deliver on Public Holidays. Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer (up to 2-3 working days).
  • What if I sent my items back and you did not receive it within the 14days period?

    Our clothes are more affordable because we have reduced our overhead costs and minimized our profit margins. We aim to make our clothing accessible to everyone, allowing more people to enjoy beautiful, high-quality African fashion without the high price tag.
  • Will there still be sales?
    There will be no need for sales or discount codes as every collection we launch will be as affordable as possible.
  • Are your fabrics different from other African Clothing Brands?
    Absolutely Not. We use high quality 100% African wax cotton.
