  • What is your return policy?
    For all return, please contact our customer services at Of course, it's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't wear it for longer than that. For slashed Price /Clearance items / items bought using a promotional code, If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 14 days to return the item to the return address. No refunds / Exchange on these items. Only Store Credit code is issued. Exchanges on sale items ( Subject to availability) can be done if you can bring the item/items to our collection office. For Full Priced items ( even if you use the VIP Subscriber's code), If you are unhappy with the goods ordered, you have 14 days to return the item to the return address. We can issue you a Refund / Store credit/ Exchange ( subject to availability) ; Please note, we do not accept Exchange twice. In a situation where you really want the item, we will offer you a store credit. Store Credit Code If you made a Purchase with the store credit code but later need to return the item, either for a slashed price /discounted/ full priced item/ partial payments ( combination of sale and or Full priced item) a Store Credit Code will still be issued. In other words, any Purchase (either as full /slashed/discounted item) made with Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit Only. You have a period of 6 months to use your store credit code, after which will expire and cannot be reactivated or cannot be exchanged for cash. Return postage charges are usually the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or wrong item was sent. All returned items must be in its original package, undamaged, unused, free from stains or wear such as makeup, perfume, deodorant etc. We reserve the right to withhold a refund / Store Credit if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged / stained after point of sale. ​ All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in ( e.g. tags have been removed, or there are signs of wear) and we're unable to put it back into stock, we will not be able to accept your return and we will have to send it back to you. Returning packages without prior knowledge of our customer service will halt or delay your refund. The return address will be communicated to you by the customer representative. Item remains the sole responsibility of customers until received by FLE Clothing. You are advised to obtain proof of Posting.
  • Will my Store Credit Code Expire?
    Yes, our store credit code is only valid for a period of 6 months from the date it was issued to you, after which you will not be able to use the code. The Code cannot be reactivated and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please note that the Store Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any Special offers or discount codes and it's a one time voucher code.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    You can pay by Visa/ Master card, Paypal, Applepay, Clearpay and Klarna.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Yes we do but it comes in the form of an e-gift card. You receive an email with all the information you need You can only purchase from our online store using the link It expires 60 months from the date of purchase. Our Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • How do I get my refund?
    Once we receive your item and your refund will be processed by FLE within 1-2 working days. No refunds on Sale Items only Store credit will be issued. Refunds is applicable only to full priced items. It can then take 7- 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from FLE, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. We will only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order by us.
  • How often can I return my purchases?
    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, FLE reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. Additionally, FLE reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.Similarly, FLE reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above
  • I bought an item before at full price, can i get a refund if the item is now put under sale?"
    if you placed an order for an item before at full price, you will not be able to ask for a refund for the item if the item is placed under sale afterwards. See store policy
  • What if my item was not delivered?
    If you have not received your item but your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the carrier used). FLE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
  • What if my order were out of stock?
    If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
  • What are your international shipping rates?
    A standard or express delivery service is available for most of the countries we ship to. Standard Europe Delivery - £19.99 Express Europe Delivery - £19.99 Express US Delivery - £19.99 approximately Delivered within 7-10 working days. All US orders are shipped with Royal Mail/ FEDEX /DHL and are fully trackable. FEDEX/ DHL will not deliver on Public Holidays. Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer (up to 2-3 working days).
  • Why are your clothing cheaper than other brands?
    We have been able to reduce our overheads and lowered our profit margin to the minimum. But most importantly, we want to make the clothes affordable and reach out to people who find it difficult to buy expensive attire from other brands but still want to look beautiful and spread the African culture to the world.
  • Will there still be sales?
    There will be no need for sales or discount codes as every collection we launch will be as affordable as possible.
  • Are your fabrics different from other African Clothing Brands?
    Absolutely Not. We use high quality 100% African wax cotton.
